Falling Water

Here are several shots of Bridalvale Falls and Yosemite Falls, in Yosemite Valley, California:

Water Cutting Rock

These three pictures are to be viewed one on top of the other. They were taken during a family hike up "The Narrows", where the Virgin River passes through Zion National Park in southwestern Utah (USA). The canyon walls tower about 1000 feet above the river. An adult standing in the foreground of the bottom photo would only span about one tenth the height of that photo.
